*** UPDATE (very early Tues morning)***

One of the teachers at our son's school recommenced someone. They came, talked $$ with Number One. They agreed to waive what our deductible is and charge the insurance company the rest. Then they came back later that evening to get most of the weight off the house. Today the tree will be gone. I also learned that it is an some sort of Ash. Great fire wood. Number One is asking to keep the tree so that it can be cut up. Good for her, crappy for me. I will not be heartbroken if it is all gone when I get home.
