Remember me? Sort of in a funk and not really motivated to blog. Just getting tired of this being 6 hours away from the family.
A few updates:
Got Number One a cell phone, finally. We surprised her for her birthday. Probably couldn't have picked better gift. She was VERY surprised and VERY happy with it. The funny thing is Mini-Me texts me more than she does. Number One and I talk every night, but 9 year old has got a handle on the text thing.
The insurance payed to have the tree removed and there is about a grands worth of damage to the roof, but nothing that jumps out at me. So once I get off my lazy ass and send them the last of the paperwork they'll pay us.
I think there was something else but I forgot. So to my 2 remaining followers thanks for hanging in there.
Feel free to kick me in the ass to blog more. Maybe ask me some questions. Maybe I'll post some more articles that piss me off.

Knew you were in a funk about being so far from family so would just check daily and wait for the funk to start to lift.
Guess my waiting is starting to pay off for the moment.
Why don't you do what we females do go get a gallon of Double fudge chocolate ice cream and a spoon.
Then find a tear jerker of a movie and sob into the ice cream as you stuff your face. lol, lol.
