Could not agree more. There are some people out there who do not have a clue and they need to get smacked up side the head with a clue bat and soon. What would have happened if this kid had fallen down while this whole thing was going on.
even more why should he have to complain to TSA. They should be on top of the situation to see that things like this do not happen. That is what they get paid the big bucks for.
I know that if a corresponding thing had happened when I was managing my project teams I would have gotten my head handed to me toute suite. When you are the boss you are responsible and it is up to you to see thatthe people you manage do the right thing. If they don't then get people there who do the right thing and get rid of these slackers. Is it really that hard to understand what your job entails?
